Brassanthe Maikai (Brassavola nodosa x Guarianthe bowringiana) is a primary hybrid that produces blooms of a beautiful blend of genetic characteristics. Flowers are a variation of pink often seen with speckling throughout. Mature plants average 6-7 pink flowers per inflorescence. Numerous cultivars of this hybrid have been awarded throughout the years.

My neighbor has this plant and I enjoy it every year when it blooms so I was very happy to see it on the Akatsuka website! It arrived well packed and in great shape. The plant is very healthy and fills the 4 inch pot. It has new growth and great looking roots. I'm so happy that I now have one and I'm looking forward to blooming season!
