The order of one flask was delivered promptly as was advised via email message. The product arrived along with some general instructional details on the handling and potting of the seedlings. As a novice and a first time experimenter with flask seedlings a comparative assessment of the product was not possible. Previous experience with young seedling has been limited to community pot presentations. However, the seedlings in the flask looked vibrant with healthy roots. Upon extraction from the flask, rinsing off the gel media, and separating the seedlings, there were in excess of 40 seedlings for potting. Per the instructions, the seedlings were placed into 2" pots with a spaghnum moss media. The results look very impressive. The challenge now is to nurture these to full maturity which will take some time. In review, the product provided was exactly as described and arrived in a timely manner in excellent condition. For anyone that might have an interest in working with flask seedlings, the products from Akatsuka Orchids are highly recommended.
