Anthuriums are often recognized in tropical cut flower arrangements. Many of these have been growing in the backyards in Hawaii for decades. Known for their bright colored flower spathes, anthuriums comes in many different colors and shapes. Anthurium plants are durable and long lasting, easy to grow and great as an indoor houseplant.
This particular anthurium plant is a seedling from the Black Queen anthurium. As a seedling, the flowers are all various shades of red. Please see the first 3 photos for variations of this plant. Flowers are large and long lasting. Can be used for cut flower arrangements.
