This particular species is a slower grower taking a little longer to reach mature size. First bloom is about 2-3 years away. This species has been used to create many hybrids.

I absolutely love this orchid. I bought 2 just so if I lose 1 for any reason, I'll have the second one. The speckles on the leaves give me hope that the flowers will be full of beautiful little spots.
