As a natural species this plant crossed with a sibling can produce a cascading spike of blooms or two larger budded flowers. This version is producing the 2 larger budded flowers that form upside down. See photos.
This family of orchids will go through a period of dormancy after it blooms. Leaves will yellow and drop after blooming during dormancy period! This is completely normal. The pseudobulb may be completely bald. Cut back on watering to once every 2 weeks. In the spring, new growth will emerge, resume regular watering to keep media moist but not soggy.
