Dendrochilum magnum - Majestic Orchid Species of the Philippines. Rare and difficult to clone (we have tried).  This is a division from a selected stock from another local grower.

Ideal Culture and Growing Conditions: To maximize the splendor of this unique orchid species, mimic cattleya conditions (60°F nights, 80°F days, and bright light). Employ a medium similar to what's used for paphiopedilums or oncidiums, and prefer underpotting. Maintain consistent moisture during active growth and repot in spring before new growth emerges.
