This variety is an Odontonia registered in 1992. This orchid is a cross between an Oncidiopsis and a Miltoniopsis. The grow is more like a Miltoniopsis with flowers resembling closer that variety as well.

Unique Orchid
Ordered. 3 of this orchid in the last 6 weeks or so. All came in tight bud, 2 plants with a single spike and 1 with a double spike. One has yet to bloom while the first to bloom looked just like the pictures. However the one currently in bloom has lots of white in the flower and no deep purple so not as beautiful.
