Paph. delenatii v. album x sib ('Pure Oval' x 'Storm')

Paphiopedilum delenatii album is the white variation of this collector species. These particular plants are a line bred sibling cross originating from the outcross of the varieties 'Pure Oval' x 'Storm' producing beautiful white flowers with a bright yellow column.

This Vietnam native is a vigorous grower and eager bloomer that seem to produce reliably every spring. This is one of the few Paphiopedilum species with a fragrance. Beautifully marbled leaves make this orchid enjoyable to grow even when it isn't currently in bloom.
