Rby. Copper Queen 'H&R' (Plant Only - 5" Pot)

I received my new orchids in 2 days after ordering (I'm in Oregon). The packaging was so carefully done and the plants were in perfect shape. One had a bloom stem and this one was just a plant, but perfect leaves and all intact. I was so impressed with this company, I literally ordered 4 more orchids within a couple of days. I tried buying orchids while in Maui and no one was helpful or even returned my calls. My boss told me about this company and they have been so amazing. I'm impressed and ecstatic to see them bloom and grow. Mahalo!!! I will be buying again I'm quite sure. :-)

As my knowledge of orchid collecting and growing has increased I have become more selective in the plants that I add to my collection. What began as an interest in purchasing young plants in order to "grow" my collection more rapidly has changed. I now select more expensive, larger, more mature plants even though I can't "buy" as many with the same orchid budget. This is precisely what I did when choosing to buy this orchid from Akatsuka. I waited to add this specific orchid until I was able to find precisely what I wanted. The plant which I received is just perfect: a large, healthy, mature orchid which I hope will flower in my collection within the next year. You can't go wrong with a decision to add this particular plant to your collection.
