This large, cattleya orchid, Rlc. Yuki Akatsuka 'Volcano Gold' is a newly released Akatsuka original hybrid cross that produces stunning, fragrant and sizeable blooms in a golden yellow with an eye-catching red picotee lip during blooming season.
This unique cattleya variety is now currently available as a thriving, mature plant potted in a big 5.5" pot, awaiting blooming season and eager to display vibrant flowers, as shown in the product photo. Cattleyas are often annual bloomers. This variety does not have a specific blooming season so it is always possible for it to bloom at varying times every year. This plant is not currently in bud or flowering now.
These bright hybrids are mericlones from our original collection which means the bloom will look like the flower in the sample photo. This is the perfect cattleya to add to your growing orchid collection!
