This large, cattleya orchid, Rlc. Yuki Akatsuka 'Volcano Gold' is a newly released Akatsuka original hybrid cross that produces stunning, fragrant and sizeable blooms in a golden yellow with an eye-catching red picotee lip during blooming season.

Cattleyas are often annual bloomers. This variety does not have a specific blooming season so it is always possible for it to bloom at varying times every year. This plant is not currently in bud or flowering now.
