This shining Vanda hybrid cross is not yet presenting its golden yellow flowers with deep red spotting that gets smaller yet more frequent and abundant at the edges of each petal. These orchid plants are healthy and vigorously growing eager to display flowers of an exceptional size in the next blooming season!
Vanda Sawana Features:
- Plant Stage: Mature plant NOT currently with buds/blooms
- Orchid Type: Hybrid Cross, Seedling (Flowers will be similar but NOT identical to those in photograph)
- Pot Size: 3" netted pot - bare root, no media
- Average Plant Height: 12-14"
- Average Root Length: 12-14"
- Bloom Size: 3-4" - large flowering
- Bloom Color: Gold, Yellow, Red - spotting
- Slow release fertilizer pouch included in each pot
Vanda Orchid Basic Care:
- Temperature: 60-70F (night), 95F Maximum
- Light: High light, 25-35% shade
- Water: should be applied copiously while growing but must dry quickly.
- Humidity: 80% ideal
- Potting: Plants in baskets do not need to be repotted often unless the potting medium breaks down.
