All orchids I have bought from them have arrived within the time said. They are packed expertly. The plants are top grade, far above and larger then from other growers. I have received orchids from other dealers where the leaves have been removed before shipping, after showing pictures of them in bundles with leaves, which I assume was to allow for a smaller box. So far none of those have s have survived. But theirs are larger then .most dealers, 2 have gone into bloom stage after having them for just a few months. And none have been in bareroot. Very happy with them. Have already bought from them a few times and can't wait until spring when I can order again.
