This species of orchid is also known as one of the "Jewel Orchids". Thick silver striping down each leaf. This rare species is actually easy to grow but patience is necessary as it is a SLOW grower. Does best between 65-85F.

- General care: Bright indirect sunlight. Leaves will burn in direct sunlight! Keep soil moist but not soggy. High humidity is great but not necessary for successful growing. Often use as plants in a terrarium. Repot when foliage outgrow pot.

Beautiful little orchid
I am in love with this orchid’s beautifully patterned foliage. It is striking. I am a fan of smaller specimens and leaves that hold their own interest even when the orchid isn’t in bloom, so this slow growing little guy fits right in with my collection.
