Paph. Maudiae (Green & White)

Sent to my sister as a gift who wrote "I am looking forward to seeing the lady slipper orchid in bloom. The blossom is beginning to emerge, and I am sure it will be breathtaking."

This is such a lovely and unique specimen! Beautiful markings and arrived just beginning to unfold from bud--gets prettier every day. We have ordered multiple times from Akatsuka since we visited their facility in person on the Big Island and are always amazed at the pristine condition that our order arrives in. The flowers are always exceptionally healthy and in better condition than we could achieve driving them home from our neighborhood nursery! (And obviously Akatsuka offers a much cooler and more diverse selection). Do not hesitate to order from this nursery--they will exceed your expectations.

Orchid came in bud. Too early to review it. Everyday it matures but has not opened. Enjoying the process.
