Paphiopedilum Maudiae is a hybrid commonly known as the "slipper orchid". Recognized by the pouch like lip on it's flowers. This one is the 'alba' type with white and green flowers. As most plant are hybrids patterns and shape of flower will vary.

Healthy and cute plant. The leaves are mottled but I wish the leaves were darker. Even the bud is so adorable. My 10 year old son adores it so much that he adopted it and we gave the orchid a cute name. I said I couldn't wait for it to bloom but my son said it's cute the way it is and I have to agree! It's going to be fun watching the bud open a little day after day.
My orchid arrived in Florida quickly and in excellent condition. Can’t wait for the bloom to fully open. This won’t be my last order!
Absolutely lovely! I’ve never had this particular variety and I was struck by how beautiful it is; the pictures don’t quite capture it. The orchid was very well packed and arrived in perfect health! I would definitely recommend
